Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is a technology developed by HP based on their years of inkjet technology development, Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing is known as part of the wider technology type called binder jetting. Using an ink binding agent to fuse powder thermoplastics to create complex, fine-featured industrial parts. This technology provides parts with high isotropy, making it ideal for prototyping engineering applications and it is capable of scaling parts rapidly from low quantities to full production.

Our Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Materials

We carry some of the widest range of materials in the region to meet some of the most demanding engineering requirements. Some notable materials are:

HP PA 12

Nylon 12 is a grade of nylon with increased mechanical properties making it ideal for quality functional parts.

  • Meets USP Class I-VI and US FDA guidelines for Intact Skin Surface Devices
  • Good chemical resistance
HP PA 12 GB

A 40% glass bead-filled thermoplastic material which is ideal for making stiff, dimensionally stable parts.

  • Stiffer than normal PA 12
