3D Printing

3D printing, or additive manufacturing, is a revolutionary technology that builds parts and 3D objects layer by layer from a digital design. With this innovative technology, we can use materials like plastics and metals, allowing for intricate and customised creations. Widely applied in manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, and automotive industries, 3D printing revolutionises traditional production, offering cost-effective, time-efficient, and sustainable solutions for diverse applications.

Our solutions

Rapid Prototyping

Get to market faster and more efficiently than traditional manufacturing methods with 3D printing.

Contract Manufacturing

Reliably get the number of parts you need every month, every time.

Digital-on-Demand Manufacturing

Build your library of parts with us and seamlessly get them when you need them.

See how we solve your additive manufacturing challenges

No Minimum Order Quantity

Embark on your 3D printing journey with the flexibility to start with just one piece, for prototypes or end-use parts, and seamlessly scale up to small-batch or mass production of parts. This removes many barriers and streamlines the path of bringing your product to life.

Digital Warehouse

Avoid the hassle of storing spare parts in your warehouse, taking up precious space, and the costs associated with it. Instead, embrace the future of on-demand parts and get them only when you need them. Start digitising your spare parts with us and receive your parts on average within 3-4 business days.

Flexible Manufacturing

Iterate your parts during production based on customer feedback or engineering inputs, seamlessly integrating changes without any production downtime or additional tooling costs. Have a sudden surge in demand? Our facility is adaptable and can swiftly scale production to capable of scaling our production to meet your requirements.

Fast Turnaround

With our turnaround time being as fast as 1 day, we can meet tight timelines, and are even able to customise your delivery dates according to your requirements, preventing unnecessary stock lying around.

Quality Assurance

Dealing with industries where certifications are essential and there is no room for errors, we prioritise quality above all else. Through our stringent processes, we guarantee consistent excellence, ensuring that each part we produce is of the same exceptional standard as the next.

Wide Range of Materials

We take pride in offering an extensive array of materials, ranging from standard commodity plastics like ABS to engineering plastics like Nylon or Polycarbonate, to the world’s most advanced thermoplastics like PEEK, PEKK, and ULTEM, providing our customers with an unparalleled selection to suit their diverse needs.

Our Capabilities

FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling, a 3D Printing staple, involves melting filament and extruding it through a nozzle. Due to the process, support marks and layer lines are expected to be seen on the printed objects.

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering uses a powder medium and a laser that will selectively scan areas to create your parts by melting and fusing layer by layer. This 3D printing process can print without support structures allowing complex parts.

MJF

Multi Jet Fusion is a 3D printing process created by HP that can produce isotropic watertight parts that meet biocompatibility standards making it possible to create highly versatile and complex parts without supports.

SLA

Stereolithography uses a laser or UV light to cure resin layer by layer. This 3D printing process creates the smoothest surface finish without any post-processing but with some supporting

DMLS

Direct Metal Laser Sintering is a process that uses a high-powered laser to focus and direct it onto a bed of metal powder, melting the powder layer by layer to manufacture parts.
